BSOD readable

Hi fellas, I`ve fixed unreadable BSOD by installing newest catalyst utility from ATI : here. It fixed coloured dots, but doesn`t help fix the issue. It still crashes down randomly, maybe more often than before, but not sure

tezlewis : i think its exactly what you mentioned. I`ve tried reinstalling with drivers from acer webas first thing but doesn`t help.

I think graphic was causing the unreadable dots, but not error itself.

Your 7F bugcheck has Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack
.

I would therefor download memtestx86 burn it to cd and run it for at least 5 passes.

So repair any corrupt system files I would run a system file check
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

Let us know the results

bios flash doesn`t help.. It was happening 4x a day. Now it seems again I`ve found solution - the reason was Zone Alarm free!! This desinformaion from ZA sux. I`ll let you know if its final solution
