oh hi, sorry for not responding for loooong, long time...
i have warranty card from shop, so i weren't allowed to open my computer on my own so I couldn't check every stick and every socket. But they "serviced" it, I told them that memory could be the problem. Anddddddddddddddddd.....guess what they checked everything( hardware and software ) and they haven't found a thing.

Now yesterday I reinstalled windows into w7 ultimate( i had professional )( and no i didn't upgrade ). And again BSOD

here are dump files, it happened whilst driver verifier was running and on bsod it said asacpi.sys was culprit, i went on Google and checked it out it seems it(asacpi.sys) is an ASUS s old driver from 2005.

Add. info: it would BSOD only on startup(w/ Verifier running) in Normal mode, when I turned Verifier off in safe mode, I didnt get any BSOD in Normal startup

That old driver is almost a guarantee to BSOD. Please report back after you have updated that driver.

Now that you have updated the driver, turn Driver Verifier off and let's see how your system runs. And please do as Ttran suggested, upload your latest dump.
