    Blue Screen when install tweetdeck's update


    Hi there,
    I got a problem when I try to install new update for my tweet deck app.

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1057

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1000008e
    BCP1: C0000005
    BCP2: 9B54C703
    BCP3: BC7EFC40
    BCP4: 00000000

    Files that help describe the problem:

    These were both caused by your folder lock (windrvnt.sys) I would remove it for you are going to keep having BSOD's till you do. Also since the bugcheck referenced a memory exception I would also download memtestx86, burn it to cd, and run it for at least 5 passes

    I already deleted folder lock from my pc..
    Must I delete windrvnt.sys too??
    btw, how to use memtestx86?

    Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.
