BSOD Every Few Days

To start off, I've been getting bluescreens ever since I've had 7. - Mostly in game but others random and one when I went to shut down. My first 7 setup Bluescreened when I left it alone for a while and the Hard disks turned off. My BIOS are the standard that come with the MOBO disk and I can't use EZ Flash to update them for whatever reason. I have the latest driver for my Graphics Card, the latest chipset and audio drivers from the ASUS website. I recently reformatted from having my Seagate drive as my backup slave and my Western Digital as my main and got a bluescreen with the error code : *** Win32k.sys - Address FFFFF96000169BDD base at FFFFF960000A0000, DateStamp 4a5bc5eo - which I was told was caused by my HD. I reformatted and switched the drives. Another minidump file from before apparently said i had two audio drivers working at the same time or something to the extent that there was driver confliction which caused a blue screen. In short, this is my event viewer error code from the CRITICAL event. I am led to believe I should give the events before the Kernel 41 error code but I cant find any near the time it crashed. Forgive me for I know not how to save a .dmp file as a .txt and you cannot upload .dmp files to these forums. If you have advice on how to do that it would help me help you to help meAttached is a picture of my error codes

I'm sorry I can't attach my minidump file and I can't open them in wordpad/notepad without getting a bunch of jabber. If there's any other information required just let me know and I'll add it promptly. I know there's a lot of posts, but do know I am extremely in need of help in getting this ongoing problem fixed.
