To start off, I've been getting bluescreens ever since I've had 7. - Mostly in game but others random and one when I went to shut down. My first 7 setup Bluescreened when I left it alone for a while and the Hard disks turned off. My BIOS are the standard that come with the MOBO disk and I can't use EZ Flash to update them for whatever reason. I have the latest driver for my Graphics Card, the latest chipset and audio drivers from the ASUS website. I recently reformatted from having my Seagate drive as my backup slave and my Western Digital as my main and got a bluescreen with the error code :
*** Win32k.sys - Address FFFFF96000169BDD base at FFFFF960000A0000, DateStamp 4a5bc5eo - which I was told was caused by my HD. I reformatted and switched the drives. Another minidump file from before apparently said i had two audio drivers working at the same time or something to the extent that there was driver confliction which caused a blue screen. In short, this is my event viewer error code from the CRITICAL event. I am led to believe I should give the events before the Kernel 41 error code but I cant find any near the time it crashed. Forgive me for I know not how to save a .dmp file as a .txt and you cannot upload .dmp files to these forums. If you have advice on how to do that it would help me help you to help me Attached is a picture of my error codes

We really need the DMP files. Here are the instructions on how to upload them. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html

This one is pretty straight forward. Memory corruption.

Download memtestx86 and run it for 5 passes to test the memory.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002bff505, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff880031393c8, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff88003138c30, Context Record Address

I take it from Memtest86.com - Memory Diagnostic that I have to burn the download to an iso - any suggestions for what program/software to use? - also, if my memory needs replacing can I simply plug in my old 2 gigs for the time being?

So I downloaded from the Memtest86 website the first link titled ISO image for creating bootable CD (Windows - zip) - used imgburn to burn the iso version 3.5 onto a disk which has 4 files; 2 folders, 1 readme and a tgz file. Version 3.5 is used for less than 4 gigs so I'll test each stick one at a time. As of right now I'm completely lost about what to do next and am completely baffled by the readme and have no idea how to run/boot the program. This is a pic of the disc - Thanks for your help so far

I got memtest86 to boot up, only problem is I can't remove one of my sticks of RAM. I undid the clips on the top and bottom holding it in, but when I got to pull it out it stays put and starts bending my MOBO. How sad am I where I can't even take out a stick of memory. I need to take one out to test one 2-gig stick at a time but I'm afraid I'll break something.
