Hi, I am very very new to these forums. I've joined just now and don't know technical things. Please explain me what sort of info I need to give. My system crashes randomly and I get BSOD after I hibernate and start the laptop again.

    Installed memory (RAM): 3.00 GB
    System type: 32-bit Operating System
    Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7100)
    System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
    System Model: Inspiron 1525
BIOS: Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 A16
    DirectX Version: Directx 11

All experts of this site, please help! I would be thankful!
