Read the FAQ at akamai; particularly read the fourth one down. Still researching lserial.sys.

Derk, I should have mentioned this earlier; Please fill out your system information. Go to your User CP at the top of the page, look in the left column and click on Edit system specs. Filling in your specs will help us help you.

You can make this easier by downloading Speccy

I am still trying to find out about this lserial.sys driver. Are you using an Ethernet connection?

Thanks; that will help. Are you using an Ethernet connection to connect to the internet? Wireless? Dialup?

We found an obscure and "iffy" reference that lserial.sys could be an Ethernet driver. That was why I asked.

Have you made any progress with nskbfltr.sys? Did you read the FAQ's regarding akamai? Since you upgraded those three drivers, how is your system running?

I uninstalled Akamai. The system has been fine, but somedays it doesn't Bluescreen at all.

I normally notice some pausing though throught the day, and haven't yet. THis may be a good sign
