BSOD after fresh install and login

After i installed windows 7, fresh install on a new hard drive.

I got to the login screen for the first time, logged in, and then got a BSOD.

I restarted and logged back in it was fine....

I upload the zip file, anyone know if this is some kind of problem with my computer or if it just windows itself.

    Its windows pro 64bit btw.

    pentium 4, 3ghz
    2gigs ddr ram
nvidia 9500gt 1 gig of ram

In one the analysis was inconclusive, the other was caused by memory corruption. I would download memtestx86 and run it for at least 5 passes.

Let us know if you need help

    Memtest86.com - Memory Diagnostic

Downloaded it but it will not run it...

    rawrite.exe :

The version of this file is not compatible wit the version of windows you're running. Check your computers's system information to see whether you need an x86 or x64 version of the program, and then contact the software publisher.

I have x64 of course. I see no options on the memtest website to download a x64 version of it or x86, just the one. Im sure as hell not paying for it of course :)

My apologies, it needs to be burned to a cd and booted from. You test the rarm outside of windows.
