Windows 7: Seems I have a memory problem causing random chrashes.

Seems I have a memory problem causing random chrashes.

After dealing with multiple crashes and a total hard drive failure, I performed a full system re-boot and thought I was all clear. Now it seems my "Memory_Management" BSOD is back. I've attached the minidump.

I performed a Windows memory diagnostic just after the most recent BSOD and I was informed that I have a memory hardware failure. Would this mean a RAM problem or my actual hard drive? Thanks for any future help.

Yup, you do. First windows memory diaxnostic does not stress the memory enough. Instead download memtestx86, burn it to cd, and run it for at least 5 passes.

To be absolutely sure you may have to run it for wash memory stick and each memory slot.

Let us know if you need help

I remember running memtestx86 before my hard drive crash. Now is "wash memory stick and each memory slot" an option while running memtestx86 or what do you mean by that? Sorry for the dumb question.
