Me Too

Hi!

I think I have the same problem. Time to time my computer just crash. my screen shows the blue screen with a lot of lines so I can't read it. it seems to say something about dumping and there's a % and then it restart. Everytime is happening often.

I have 2 questions:
1- Is it the same problem?
2- How can I read the files?

I attached the last crash I assume that all are for the same reason(but in different situations).

Attachment 82334

Thanks!

There was not much information in this particular DMP so I can give you just generic help.
1-I would run a system file check to verify and repair system files
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)
2- download a 3rd party app called memtestx86, burn it to cd, and run it for at least 6 passes to test your ram.

Let us know the results'
