    Remove uTorrent completely using Revo Uninstaller, then install a fresh copy.

    Hello again, i'm sorry for the super late response. but its been 3 days and no bsod! all it took was a simple re install of utorrent. Thank you so much for your help!

    It's not working... I installed a fresh copy of uTorrent (after uninstalling with "Revo Uninstaller") but still get BSOD when using it.

    Any other suggestion...? I'm desperate!

    Uninstall your network adapter drivers and install a fresh copy.

    You may also try purchasing a cheap network card and see if it gives you the same problem.
