Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Your Yukon network adapter drivers should be updated, or the device unplugged.

This one might be worth enabling driver verifier for, although disabling chimney offloading might be a good idea (it's crashing when switching from unprivileged (user-mode) to privileged (kernel-mode) code, and it seems in all cases to be happening when there's network activity on the machine. Have you considered disabling offloading / rss / netdma support in the OS for the NIC?

netsh interface tcp set global chimney=disabled
netsh interface tcp set global rss=disabled
netsh interface tcp set global dca=disable

Please update your RAID drivers from the manufacturer's website.
    Code:
    jraid.sys Sun Nov 25 22:16:32 2007
I see you have ESET installed. You should update to the latest version, because it fixes bugs that cause BSODs. Go to website and download it manually.

If the BSODs persist, please enable driver verifier: Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers
