BSOD on large file transfers

I have been trying to reload all the data back to the pc after reinstalling windows. whenever I try to copy a folder larger then 10GB it will copy most of the files but then crash with a BSOD the error info is listed below.

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.4
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000007e
BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
BCP2: 0000000300000000
BCP3: FFFFF88002DB28E8
BCP4: FFFFF88002DB2150
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0

All the research I have done leads to a memory error but i have run Memtest already and it has passed.

Ive also done the first few and they all point to the nvlddmkm.sys file at the moment which is an Nvidia driver! Will report back with further ones but if you could fill out the rest of your specs would be most helpful!

Unless my debugger is incorrect, ive looked at about 75% of them and they all say the same Nvidia driver to be the fault. Whats the graphics card and motherboard in the machine?

He is of course correct all of these were caused by your video driver. You need to remove all traces of the current driver, then download and install a fresh copy.

Let us know if you need help

Windows 7: Corruption in large file transfers to USB drives
Hi, I have moved to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 for almost half a year, recently my hard drive was getting full and I decided to move some of the data to usb external hard drives. Both the externals I have are IDE hard drives and both are NTFS. I always use Quicksfv to make a CRC check file before...

large (> 4 GB) file transfers in FAT32/NTFS
i am trying to transfer a 4 GB+ file (video) onto a 32 GB pendrive (FAT32) but a message - "The file 'xyz' is too large for the destination file system" - comes. is it because the pendrive has FAT32 formatting? and if so, should i format it into NTFS?

BSOD when running handbrake or during large file transfers
This is a computer that I built a couple of months ago and it consistently crashes when running handbrake, not every time but say 3 out of 4 times. It will also crash when making large file transfers like moving my movies from one hard drive to another. I have ran Memtest86 without any problems. I...

BSOD on large USB data transfers
Second try at having someone help me with a recurrent BSOD. The last time I just formatted the drive and reinstalled Win 7. This problem has been happening to me ever since I bought the laptop: I get BSODs transfering large amounts of USB data (10 GB or more), sometimes it's just when I connect...

Connection drops with large transfers
I noticed that when I try to copy over a 4.02GB file from my desktop to my laptop it goes for about 10-15 minutes and then stalls before telling me that the file destination/source no longer exists and cancels the transfer. But if I leave it alone they'll see each other in a few minutes time. This...

7 umounts external drive during large transfers?
Yup, it's been happening ever since the install. Everytime I perform large transfers or transfer of many files, windows seems to unmount it smack dab in the middle of the operation! And the copying windows doesn't respond to conventional methods of exiting. This has been a problem for a while,...
