BSOD crash after start up- minidump attached-please help

    Hello everybody,

Can anyone help with BSOD crash that I am having. I have attached the minidump below. I did not do anything unusual-do not seem to remember adding hardware or software..but I see a blue screen as soon as the boots up completely and Windows 7 loads. BTW, I have a gateway sx2840-01 with a i3 and 6gb ddr3 ram and 1Tb hdd.

    Please help.

These were both caused by ksecdd.sys which is part of win 7.

I would run a system file check to repair it
(type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow)

It looks like your network drivers are causing the issue, from the looks of the stack. However, I suspect your anti-virus is the real cause.

Please uninstall AVG and run this removal tool: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util...removerx64.exe

Then download and install Microsoft Security Essentials.

I ran the system file check and its says that windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations. I also uninstalled avg antivirus but I still got the BSOD.

Please upload the new dmps. I'll be signing off for the night shortly, but if no one else takes care of you while I'm gone, I'll do it tomorrow morning.

I still wonder if it is your network adapter drivers. Please update them, or uninstall them and install a fresh copy.

It may also be time for a repair install.
