have you try updating your Bios? Maybe your current bios doesn't detect all of the cores

1) I rolled back my realtek ethernet drivers.
2) I uninstalled Tunngle program (like Garena) along with it's virtual network adapter
3(and most likely) In advanced boot options where I can choose number of CPU, I had 8 selected and now set it to 4. (I have an i7)

What do you think?
In regards to number 3...

There is not really any reason to have the number of CPU option checked. It should be left at it's default setting.

It was ok some days ago..But, Im back on 8 cores as I was normaly by disabling the checkbox in the advanced system options..
Still though I can't run ANY 64x application. 32x run fine.
All 64x crash on startup pointing to ntdll.dll
