    my hp x16t-1200 crashes and restart without showing any error screen


    hi i have an hp x16t-1200 and crashes and i dont know what else to do i have tried changing OS form vista home premium 64-bit to 7 home premium 64-bit and then toa a 7 profesional 32-bit updating bios and all drivers unmarking the automatic restart when error and my notebook doesent have more than a couple of months.

    if anybody has had a problem like this one please tell what it help

    appeared a couple of times but for other errors that i managed to resolve and i have checkd the core temperature and that isnt the problem either

    Check event viewer by typing eventvwr in search.

    Go to the windows log>application tab

    Look for critical errors (they have red in the left column) that say app hang, app crash, or anything related to the situation

    When you find them note the event ID and source code in them and tell us what they are

    I have the followings:

    Load perf 3011 and 3012
    Application error 1000
    Bonjour service 100
    application Hang 1002
    VSS 8194
    CAP12 512
    GOOGLE UPDATE 20

    that last 3 it appeared only once
      My Computer
