    Thanks much.

All of these dmp's point to hardware/driver/memory issues.

    STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control,

    STOP 0x1000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

This is usually caused by drivers using improper addresses.

    STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Usual causes: Device driver

    STOP 0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory

The remaining bugchecks are repeats of those I posted.

I recommend to start with thoroughly checking the memory. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

Please post back with your results and we will go from there. It still could be the on board graphics.

I have also found two old drivers. The first driver is pre Vista.

    Afc.sys Feb 23 2005
The process Arcsoft(R) ASPI Shell belongs to the software PPdus ASPI Shell by Arcsoft, Inc.

    gdrv.sys Dec 11 2007
This appears to be a driver for Gigabyte's Dynamic Energy Saver Advanced program.

I recommend either updating these drivers or uninstalling the programs they are associated with.

For more on gdrv.sys, see this thread:

Any errors, let alone 46, say Bad RAM. they should still be under warranty. Try pulling all but one stick and repeat

Your RAM cannot handle the advanced timings. Leave them at auto or buy better RAM. Also, for future reference, you do not need to download any memory testers. Windows 7 has one built in. Press F8 while booting to access it.
