I also ran some registry repairs before I restarted which showed some major errors in the registry. I don't know if that fixed the IRQ problem or not.
I'm going to let the verification run overnight and see how things go in the morning.
Also, if you don't mind me asking, which Anti-virus software do you use? Do you just use basic Windows Defender?
I use Microsoft Security Essentials. I find it gives good protection, while remaining lightweight, fast, and won't cause problems like BSODs and memory leaks.
I ran verifier for 12 hours with no crash so I stopped it. I played a game to see if I could get the blue screen. The game crashed but I did not recieve a blue screen. I noticed the drivers were over a year old so I updated them. I ran verifier with those drivers and got a BSOD before windows started. However, during restart the system did not crash for whatever reason.

Alright this is a long explanation.
When I stopped the crashing during the verifier with the nvoclk64.sys driver that was after I uninstalled the NVidia Control Panel. The NVidia Control Panel was directly hooked to the display driver so I uninstalled the display driver with it.
Win 7 automatically searched and found the driver from the internet. However, it was just a basic driver found by windows and did not include any Control Panel software (my theory). The driver was also over a year old.
After playing a game, it crashed after awhile. It was suggested that my driver was old and to update it. So I updated it from the NVidia Website, which also installed the control panel. The verifier would then crash whenever the nvoclk64.sys driver was selected as one of the drivers to verify while not crashing when the nvoclk64.sys driver was not selected.
My theory is that this nvoclk64 driver is incompatible with the newer drivers or with the system control panel. The nvoclk64 driver is also much older than the newer drivers.
That being said, I have no interest in overclocking my computer and have not set the bios to do anything like that. I also never installed NTune (at least not that I am aware of) so I don't understand why an NTune driver is interfering with everything (if that driver truly is only used for NTune). If there is a way to selectively uninstall this driver, please let me know.
For S&G this is the last 2 crashes.
That sounds quite reasonable to me.
Try uninstalling the drivers completely, and then rebooting. Then go to Device Manager, right-click on your card and select Update Driver Software.
I can't find a way to uninstall the nvoclk drivers. If does not populate anywhere on the device manager. Is there a way to choose to uninstall it or find a way to uninstall it? I don't feel safe going into the Win32 file or somewhere and just deleting it.
I also did the update driver function already in the device manager and it installed all the Control Panel software along with it. So it seems the control panel is a newer function with the newer NVidia drivers.
Edit: I think I found it: It's called "NVIDIA Enthusiasts Platform KDM" and has the same driver date and version of the nvoclk.
If this driver is what's causing the BSOD though doesn't that mean some program will look for it causing a crash?
Okay I created a restore point and uninstalled that driver.
The driver was indeed the nvoclk. Nothing went wrong upon normal startup, so I decided to verify the other drivers and got.....a page fault.
First time I've gotten that since I played WoW
Sorry for the multiple posts but I restarted again.
It lets me in the system after restarting after a crash but if I tell it to restart from windows, that is when it will crash.
Also, it crashed again giving me this non-specific reason and I also got an IRQ crash.
