Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

I guess lot of issues are going on. Lets start with basics

    HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC:

Run Hard Drive Diagnostic and Memory Diagnostic
Start | CMD | Right Click and Run as administrator | SFC /SCANNOW

One if your Dump file is pointing to MpFilter.sys which is a Microsoft Windows Malware protection system driver file. I would recommend to run a complete scan with Malewarebytes. Also some are pointing to the virtualization driver i.e. luafv.sys so if you have any virtual players like VMWare etc. uninstall it and see if that makes any difference.

thanks capt'n, I ran the sfc scan and it reported corrupted files and was unable to repair. I attached the cbs file and hope that there's a way to repair this. Also, scanned with malwarebytes and got 1 infection and was successfuly removed. not really sure about the virtual players, all that I have installed so far is the DJ music maker software, Tuneup utilities software, and oh this command and conquer generals game (an old version). I also ran memory test with memtest with 4 passes and no errors, Ran a hard drive diagnostic and also no errors found...Hope this info would help you out with the debugging....thanks you very much...

    Hello !!

Seems like lot of OS files are corrupted that might be causing this problem. I would recommend to do a Repair Install and see if that fixes the issue. If that also fails the backup your data and do a clean install.

    Hope this helps,
    Captain

Please follow these directions for enabling driver verifier: Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

Also run a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.

If sfc /scannow found errors it could not repair that means it didnt have the correct driver in the Dbase to replace it. You will continue to have the problems until they are repaired. The easiest way to do that is to run a repair install.

Even if that driver is at fault he still has files that sfc /scannow cant fix. Until they are fixed the problem will remain

Let us know if you need help with any of this
