    windows crash


    my system is freezing very frequently nd without prseeing restart its remaining in dat state for hours together, im unable to trace out the problem minidum folder dosent record the event of freeze and wat should i do wen i checked in the event viwer it reports critical error system shutodown suddenly source as kernel power and event id 41 and 63 task im attaching the event log files and also the event viwer report in the below files , new folder.zip contains also minidump files plz assisst me plz

    Sounds like you're having issues with graphic card. Bugcheck indicated error 116, Please read this article for further detail about it:
