Here are the usual causes for your problem

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control

One cause of the problem is drivers: An examination of your report indicates that the following drivers should be replaced.
88ffa000 88ffa680 giveio giveio.sys Wed Apr 03 22:33:25 1996 (316334F5)

A second potential cause is memory. Take this memory test, so that memory can be excluded as a possible cause. Run 5 times

Upgrade your memory card and driver.

Any remote control devices newly installed should be removed to insure this is not a cause of your problem

Check available space on your hard drive and take a hard drive diagnostic test.

Any newly installed hardware should be suspect as a potential cause.

Take this test to insure the integrity of your graphics card. If you do replace the card as suggested use the test for the new install.

Take this diagnostic test to insure that your hard drive is not a problem
Use this to diagnose BIOS problems

Test all drivers
Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
