    Tried! doesnt work.
There comes a screen where to select: normal mode; safe mode
and no matter what i choose, it gets into a circle and starts boot from beginning

If you just google what is on the screen you will find the file that is causing you grief is the Logitech setpoint file. There are fixes available on google.

    Good Luck

Dont want you to boot into login. dont even need a repair install. Do you have a win 7 dvd, or a repair dvd? Have you googled the fixes??

i have already googled all of these adresses and google didnt find any matches expect 0x00000050 and this could have many causes. I dont have any Logitech Products so Setpoint is not installed (no use for it). Sry, but I already tried to find a solution on my own, but couldnt find one. Thats why im asking here

No problem the file that caused the blue screen is wdf0100.sys (see picture). It is used by many applications. Pick the one that you have and use the fix for that one.

I will check back in later
