Ran both short and long tests both without incident. Girlfriend managed to play Zynga Poker and Bejeweled Blitz on FaceBook without BSOD! As i mentioned (i think!!) i'm now running Minefield 3.7 Alpha 5 instead of Firefox.

I have also enabled hardware (GPU) acceleration through the about:config page. (I can tell this is working because GPU temp changes when loading web pages).

As i said that is the first time the mrs got a game on both on this Windows install! usually one of the two would have BSODed.

Thanx.

Wow!! between:

Swapping browser for Minefield 3.7 Alpha 5
Updating Flash to 10.1
Activating GPU acceleration in Minefield
Rolling back to old ATK10 driver.

Something has sorted it's self out my girlfriend has played Zynga Poker/Bejeweled Blitz multiple time WITHOUT ONE BSOD!!!.

Not sure which did it (and not 100% sure it's fixed yet) but an improvement none the less. I will only update with anymore issues if they arise so a BIG thank you to the people that offered help CHEERS!!.

Thanx.

DAMN IT! had to remove Minefield because it was having issues with FaceBook chat. Thought i would try Chrome (WOW FAST!!) however that to was having issues with FaceBook (a running theme here maybe!).

Thought what the hell put latest Firefox back on and mrs played Zynga Poker (no crash yay). Loaded up Need For Speed Shift...... BAM BSOD!! with looping sound first in any of "my" games for a while!!! So now using Internet Explorer 8! Have included the .dmp below.

Getting really sick of this PC now it's great weather at the moment (England!!) and i'm stuck in here for what seems to have been weeks! trying to fix it. I take one step forward and two back it started out a great build (my first "own" PC always got hand me downs from family.... no disrespect to them they were all good systems). But THIS ONE is MINE.

Spend my time doing free "tech support" for my family/friends (don't mind really get to "mess" with all kinds of PC's).... But i can't get this one MY OWN to toe the line lol. As ever any help would be VERY helpful.

Thanx.

This DMP was caused by hardware. Use these instruction to find out what that means and what to try. https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...-what-try.html

Hi ken you posted in my old thread i have tried the things in the link on my previous install of Windows. It was also the first thing i tried again when the BSOD's returned this time. Unfortunatly i have only GPU and soundcard in this system (and i also took out one stick of ram/swapped stick around).

So doing "add/remove" hardware fault finding the most i can remove is the soundcard and one stick of ram. Is there any tool/person/forum/guru that can tell me which piece of hardware!!!?? as i have tested each piece to the best of my abilities with an army of "stress tests" and diagnostic programs. Each one has passed without a single error/fail.

Have to admit this problem is driving me up the wall the computer 99% of the time displays NO problems i just can't find the cause without being able to figure out which piece of hardware is at fault.

Thanx.
