    Blue screen of death - Need Help


    Hi all,
    I am experiencing, for the 3rd time a blue screen of death on my HP Elitebook 8530w running Windows 7 Pro 32bit.
    Can anyone help me with this please?
    I am attaching the minidump file.

    This one was caused by your readyboost. Either readyboost or the win medis streaming service caused a memory exception If you have 4 gigs or more of ram you shouldnt be using it. Windows media sharing service was also running at the time. If you arent streaming media you can also turn it off. How about some system specs?

    Ken,
    I am not using ready boost!
    It is a notebook and I am not using a pen to ready boost. Yes I have 4 gb of ram.

    For the specs, you can go to start--->Run-->type in 'msinfo32', a window will appear and let you choose what u want to see. After that,go to your profile on forum and fill in your specs or post it here

    While you are waiting for Ken, U would suggest u to go to Start-->Run-->type in 'msconfig'-->a box will appear then choose startup tab. U will the a list of programs that are started with window, see if there are any programs that Ken suggest u to turn off
