Photoshop Crash - Error Message

My photoshop has been crashing on a regular basis lately, the message I get is below. Anyone have a clue what is causing it or how I can fix it?

The exception code c0000005 is a memory exception. I would download a 3rd party app to test it called memtestx86. Burn it to a cd, and run it for at least 7 passes
