    Sorry to say this, but it should be run for several hours, or overnight.

    However, I suspect the CPU is not the problem.

    What is the make and model of your PSU?

    OCZ StealthXStream 700 Watts

    The rest of my system specs are in the bottom left

    ill just mention that I ran Prime95 for those 5 hours, came back looked at it, posted my post, and I clicked on another tab in IE and comp restarted. Usually wont restart unless in a game...but it has gotten worse.

    Temps are good

    CPU Core is 27º
    gpu is 49º

    I really recommend taking it to a PC shop and getting the hardware tested out.
