win7 ultimate kernelpower crash-eventid-41

hey any one help me out imusing win7 32bit ultimate frm past 6months recently from past 15days im facing system freez or crash wat evr u call it im nt techinically sound expert ,
when i checked out the event viwer it reports crtical event , source to be the kernel power , event id 41
any 1help me out a method to resolve the issue plz
i tried frm microsofts site it dsnt shw the sloutin exactly im attachin the report files for help of finfiding out the problem


but avtually i think tere is no exact dump file for the event i specified any hw im attaching minidump folder for furtuer assistance
