I keep getting a kernel error. This machine has had this for a while. I know almost nothing about computers but i really need help. It only occours when i go on the internet.

Thanks, Ken. I just noticed I'd left out something important from that Kernel 41 post of mine, so I added a link to the tutorial about adding dump files you mention in your post above.

it is in C partition-->windows-->minidumps. Zip all the files in that folder and post it to forum
