EDIT: And all the time, it hangs up my conversations on Skype, with a note 'Your computer is slow'
Memory corruption can be caused by many things other than bad RAM such as drivers, incompatible software, other hardware problems, etc. sptd.sys is a prime example of a driver causing memory corruption.

That is not a bad idea while it is still under warranty. I recommend that you follow Tew's advice and add RAM. That alone won't eliminate memory corruption; but it will speed up your system. A total of 2 megs would be a good start for your system.

Just upload the new dmps. If I don't see SPTD.sys in the dump (a sure sign of Daemon Tools), then we can work on another solution.

Looks like a repair install is in order.

Also do a system files check:

Are you using any registry cleaning programs?

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Try a hard drive test: HD Diagnostic

Something has gone badly wrong with the registry. If a kernel debugger
is available, get a stack trace. It can also indicate that the registry got
an I/O error while trying to read one of its files, so it can be caused by
hardware problems or filesystem corruption.
It may occur due to a failure in a refresh operation, which is used only
in by the security system, and then only when resource limits are encountered.

Windows 7 Ultimate x86

Hi guys! I am sorry, for not writing back, I just havent had the time. But I got this fixed, I reinstalled XP, and now I haven't had a single crash in a week! But thanks for all your help!

-You can mark this as solved, Thank you.

my stationary PC, is having a weird a game, like Counter strike Source, it crashes, but before it crash, there can pass quite some time.. Sometimes by broadcasting to with FLME (Flash Live Media Encoder) it crashes 3-5 seconds after. It is like, it crashes when much Internet upload, is being used, or much CPU, GPU or RAM is used. By crashing i mean it says like a 'drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr' sound, and i have to hard reboot. So it doesn't leave any dump files.
