I can't see much different from the one you just uploaded with the previous one, still pointed to ntfs.sys. Have you done the HD diagnostic as JK mentioned.

and the symptoms are the same: the ONLY app that causes a blue screen is Excel 2007, when I do a save -- but not every time, of course. It just happened again after 10 days of no problems

Have you ever tried to re-install microsoft excel or microsoft office in general?
Have you tried system file check (not much effect, but it helps sometime)
