Hi -
Did the system manufacturer provide you with Windows 7 recovery DVDs or are you running a full retail version Windows 7?
I noticed these NEC USB 3.0 drivers -
Where did they come from? Do you install them post-Windows 7 reinstall or are they on the Windows 7 DVD?Code:nusb3hub.sys Fri Nov 20 05:15:57 2009 (4B066C5D) - NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver nusb3xhc.sys Fri Nov 20 05:16:01 2009 (4B066C61) - NEC Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
I would wipe the HDD with KillDisk, reinstall Windows 7 again.

See if driver update available -
After Windows 7 reinstall, allow ALL Windows Updates in. Also, given the numerous changes in hardware, validate the OS at Microsoft WGA site -Code:gdrv.sys Thu Mar 12 23:22:29 2009 (49B9D175) - Gigabyte Easy Saver - mobo power utility driver
Windows Updates --> www.update.microsoft.com
Microsoft WGA --> www.microsoft.com/genuine
Should problems persist, please provide additional system information. Follow the instructions, attach the resulting zip file(s) to your next post.

After attaching zip files, run the Driver Verifier -

Doing the above will hopefully help us to determine if software is a viable culprit or not.

the usb3.0 is on the motherboard. i did not install any additional programs or drivers for the usb3.0
i seriusly doubt it is a software issue because we have been trying ten ways from sunday to fix it like that. but i also understand having absolutes for the sake of diagnosing the problem. i will use killdisk and wipe my hardrive. then reinstall windows from the storebought disk i have. i will update and validate again.
From there we will have a guarantee that it is not a previus software problem, right?
then i will use internet explorer and make it crash again. i know it will. then i will post those logs and we can go from there.
If it still crashes with the same error after that then it is almost definitely a hardware issue.From there we will have a guarantee that it is not a previus software problem, right?
