My computer (Pavilion dv4 Windows 7 64-bit) randomly shut off today when I went into the next room. I came back to see a black screen with some white letters and numbers, but didn't get a chance to read it. The computer restarted and a window popped up saying, "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down." I have no clue what could have happened. I wasn't running many things besides MSN and FireFox. I'm very confused about this issue. If someone could help I'd deeply appreciate it.
(.dmp file is in the post below)
(I don't know if this will matter, but when I checked my Action center above the unexpected shut down it had another issue that happened one minute before the one above. I don't know if it had anything to do with the issue above, but here's the description:
Description
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c000001d, 0xfffff80002c91062, 0xfffff88002bd1c10, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 061810-31325-01.
Edit: Could it have been caused by an online game I was using to chat with my friends in my browser?
