I think it's very likely these old drivers may be causing you problems
    Afc.sys fffff880`0420f000 fffff880`04218000 0x00009000 0x44b48d24 12/07/2006 06:48:20

Afc.sys could be the Arcsoft ASPI system driver file ?
whfltr2k.sys is a vista driver for a wheel mouse ?
PxHlpa64.sys belongs to any of the following programs
    Code:
    RecordNow!
    ESSSONIC
    Sonic RecordNow!/Sonic_PrimoSDK
    Dell Media Experience
    Pioneer RecordNow DX
    Sonic MyDVD/RecordNow!/RecordNow DX/MyDVD Plus/PrimoSDK

    Corel Photo Album
    HP RecordNow/DigitalMedia Archive
    IBM RecordNow!

    OLYMPUS muvee theaterPack
by Sonic Solutions (Sonic Solutions - DVD Burning - DVD Decoder - DVD & Video Editing Software) or VERITAS Software, Inc (Data Center Optimization: Datacenter Management Software, Data Center Software, Data Center Solutions | Symantec).
e1y60x64.sys is your Intel Gigabit Network Connection driver ?
nvoclk64.sys and nvflsh64.sys are NVidia System Utility Drivers and are a year old on your system I would be suprised if this is the latest version ?
KMWDFILTER.sys is possibly a wireless mouse driver ?
nvstor64.sys is possibly your sata controller driver, from the Nforce driver package ? , this has in the past caused many BSOD problems, I suggest check windows logs in event viewer for errors ?

let us know how this all goes

Valentyne666, please start a new thread and post your question and we will be glad to help you. It is too confusing for everyone to try to help two different folks with two different problems in the same thread.

    Thanks much. :)
