Windows 7: Need help with BSOD

I have installed the latest version of the Sony Firmware Extension Parser Device Driver but the problem persist. As for bootlog, I did that in safe mode(because I can't possible get enough time to do it on start up) and restart--->BSOD at start up then return to safe mode, haven't found bootlog.txt but found this bootsqm.dat file don't know if its relevant. i attached it to this post. check disk returns everything normal nothing on bad clusters. God please help - -

It is bootlog.txt that has the info in it. I was sure it was created even in a safe mode boot.

So keep an eye out for it and see if it appears.

Have you got any more BSODs since your last post?
