theog did not post "some sundry items" as I believe the thought process behind his request was to obtain additional system information from you, which is needed.

The two BSODs named the NT Kernel as the probable cause, which is a default of sorts. Nothing more can be obtained from the only information that we have at this time -- the two dump files.

As theog suggested, run --> SF Diagnostic Tool - Using for Troubleshooting

When you've done that, run the Driver Verifier -- > Driver Verifier - jcgriff2.com

Code:
Rt86win7.sys Fri May 22 10:52:05 2009 (4A16BC15)
Update your Realtek Ethernet driver --> Realtek

The fact that both BSODs occurred just after two minutes after boot-up tells me that a rogue 3rd party driver is probably involved v. hardware; we'll see -
Code:
System Uptime: 0 days 0:02:12.116
System Uptime: 0 days 0:02:19.903
Windb Logs --> http://jcgriff2.com/dbug_logs/_99-db...riff2_.txt.zip

Attach output of the SF Diag Tools to your next post. If the Driver Verifier BSODs your system, add the VERIFIER_ENABLED dump file to the zip as well.

Regards. . .
