Thanks. I'll give that a shot and see if it works. This is the first time I have had problems with Seven and I am still at a loss as to why it happened. Hopefully this will take care of it.

Thanks, I will try this and see if it works. This sis the first time I have had a problem with Seven and I am at a loss as to why it happened. I did leave my computer on and left the house to go watch a baseball game that my nephew was playing in last night. The wife was here, alone, with my computer. I never thought until now that it was off when I got back home........


I have auto-update turned off. I do all that manually.

HOLY CRAP!!! It worked. I had it scan for affected changes and it only showed one thing that would be changed, something called "libusb" something or another. I never installed it, and My wife said she never touched it...

Well, I'm just glad it is back up and working again. I am going to run my acronis program and back up the HD so it doesn't happen again. Thanks for the help!!!!!
