Random Freezes make everything not respond

When you using the laptop, i will get various freezes in which everything will not respond and i have to turn the laptop of and back off again for it to work.

This can happen at different times, some times it within a minute of the laptop being switched on, or within half an hour of it being on.

Im trying to write this quick before it crashes again.

OS: Windows Home Preium 32 bit. Laptop is a Toshiba Satellite (don't know model number).

Please fill out your system information. Go to your User CP at the top of the page, look in the left column and click on Edit system specs. Filling in your specs will help us help you.

You can make this easier by downloading Speccy
    .

Do you get a blue screen? Check and see if you have any dump files.

Make sure yo have your system set to save dump files. Control Panel > System >Advanced system settings > Advanced > and click on the Startup and recovery settings button. Your settings should look similar to this:

I got a blue screen a couple of weeks back and under the problem details it states:

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\062210-25849-01.dmp
    C:\Users\Adam\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-53960-0.sysdata.xml

I don't know what either of those files mean. Or what the problem with them is.
