Black screen and restats: plaese help

Hi everybody from Italy,
this is first time I post on this forum, and i'm here to ask you for some help.
I have problems with my laptop acer 5740 that is crashing randomly with black screen and system restarts. I mean that I can work for hours without problems when suddenly a crash occurs (2 in the last 3 days).
I attached here the event log and the damp (.dmp changed to .txt and zipped) found on the pc at the hour of last crash.
Checking driver status from windows device manager, everything seems to be up to date.

Any suggestion is apprecdiated.
Thank you
Luigi

@Lordbob75: I just changed the name to .dmp and it become minidump-->no idea how he did that ). Any idea bob?

@beno 1: Hi and welcome
The bugcheck (please re-uploaded the minidump if you can, I'm not sure If I'm analyzing the right minidump https://www.sevenforums.com/crash-loc...d-problem.html) indicated stop code 124, which is hardware. Please read article to know what it is and what to try:

Hi again,
I agologize for the trouble with the .dmp file! I must have read to change file extension
somewhere and I apparently got confused.
Anyway, shame on me for not reading the instruction on how to ask for help on
BSOD problem.

Here it is: the .dmp file zipped.

Many thanks for your help

Seems to be caused by your Audio. Try updating your audio (and motherboard) drivers.
