    Nothing more than what we have discuss so far. The exception code c000005 in those dump still suggest the memory issue
    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff80002a7efa2, fffff8800215afb0, 0}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiDeferredReadyThread+1c2 )

    Memory means that something is affecting or corrupting memory. It could be RAM, drivers, incompatible software, faulty hardware such as bad RAM slots graphics card, sound card, network adapter, etc. It could be overheating or a faulty PSU affecting memory. This is what Ttran meant by memory.

    Try the other one.
    If it still occurs, try a different slot.

    Still occured so I put both of them into the black slots instead, so far I haven't had one restart or bluescreen (after ~4 hours) but they happen randomly so it could come anytime

    That very much sounds like you just had them in the wrong slots.

    Ah maybe not :S

    The PC just crashed and rebooted, I think it was meant to be a blue screen so I disabled automatic restart

    Wasn't the usual reboot though, the others ones i've had just reboot instantly
