Never hurt to do more test, but I think your Ram, as LB mentioned, is ok
Go ahead and use the link I gave to uninstall sptd.sys

i got another error poped= I tryed to download SPTD and Im using the version 64bit so i took that one, downloading, after trying to start it up, ( C user Zering downloads SPTDinst-V169x64.exe is not an application win32 available.. should i try to 32 bit?.. last time i tryed the 32 bit i couldnt rebot my pc

YOU NEED TO REMOVE SPTD NOT RE-INSTALL IT. IT WILL ALWAYS CAUSE YOU TROUBLE.
