hey i found something awesome i think "Error message when you hot-plug a display to the secondary display port on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008: ""Stop 0x00000116"
" this i found it here https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...rash-game.html , and it`s true my video card is in the PCI slot (where was the oldest video card) and the PCI-Express is empty.I don`t know how to plug out the video card from PCI slot , to put him on PCI-E.Tell me if that can cause the problem.

Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU. Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference. If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling

i do not understand really what they say to do... maybe u can explain to me , please

    Wait wait wait WHAT!?!?!?!?

This is your problem! Or at least part of it!!!!!
Your card is a PCI-e card, and NEEDS to be in that slot. I am surprised it works AT ALL! I am surprised the card is not damaged!

    You need to do this:
    1. Open your case
    2. Locate the video card, and unscrew the plate from the case
    3. Remove the card from the PCI slot, and reseat it in the PCI-E x16 slot.
    4. Screw the card back into the case
    5. Close your case.

I would bet this fixes it.

Just 1 hour ago the guy from the shop(who sold the video card to me) come to my house to look up the problem, and he say is the motherboard ASROCK 4core1600p35-wifi is broken and tomorrow i go to take me a new motherboard card for free because is in "guarantee" i don`t know if i wrote the word correct. So he make some test and he say the video card is still very good because on his motherboard the videocard doesn`t crash + he give me a new network lan card for free to ( to not be possible 1% confilct with something with the new motherboard card). So i am happy because i know what is the problem, it`s not the video card it`s the motherboard
