    PC crash in game


    hy all ,

    i just bought a new gainward gts 250 1gb deep green video card, and in online games like battlefield bad company 2 , the system crash, at the monitor shows up some kind of idiot lines(colored line)/or monitor go to sleep, and game crash/freeze, after all of this i need to restart the pc, this came out about after 5 second of playing.
    I wanna mention that i reinstalled the windows 2 times and still the same shit problem ! i changed my power supply to 600 w .i`m very irritated , i bought a new card and i can`t play games(((
    I have also the last driver update....
    i don`t know what to do !
    PLEASE HELP ME
    My pc conf: 3 gb kingmax 800
    InteL PENTIUM DUAL PCU CORE 2000
    Gainward GTS 250 1GB /256 bits DEEP GREEN
    HD 160 gb

    I was about to suggest you to update Nvidia video driver, But as you mentioned, you did it already

    hy ttran,

    First think i wanna thank you to answer to my desperated scream for help, i make i think always is possible , 2 things i do not do : 1. UPDATE THE BIOS
    2. Update RTCore32 RTCore32.sys Wed May 25 13:39:05 2005 (42941D89) because i don`t know what is it.... the monitor still "wishper" to me after few seconds in game " no signal available" i think i`m gonna crazy... with my old ati 2600 HD i don`t have this kind of problems...

    Hi Patrick
    Yes, if you haven't yet update your BIOS, please go to manufacture's site and download last update for your BIOS, they usually say what are new in that update that can fix some issues...
    Secondly, RTcore32.sys is the driver of RivaTuner/EVGA Precision, you can update them at this website I guess:

    sp3ro, next time you upload dumps, please zip them up and attach them to your first post. Using a site like MegaUpload makes it very suspicious, and an pain to open them.

    I agree LB, one time I got junk virus from megaupload, they are very annoying somtime, and have a lot of advertising, which "sometime" not appropritate at all(u know what I mean..huh)

    i made the bios update today , and nothing change... the same problem with no signat at the monitor after 10 seconds of playing.I think i will rma the card, because the old ati 2600 worked on this game and didn`t make this kind of "jokes".If you have some ideas to say for me,please make it, maybe who know it gonna work with something.

    Basic suggestions:
    -Update graphics driver
    -Check your monitor cables
    -Make sure your PC can run the game

    Make sure to give us any new BSoDs.
