Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
Simply download it, burn the ISO to a CD, and boot into the CD.
The nvm62x64 nvm62x64.sys Fri Oct 17 17:01:06 2008 driver is the driver for the NVidia network cards. Tuan gave the link to that. This is most likely a built in card on the motherboard, so you could also just download your motherboard drivers.

Tuan, these drivers are the built in drivers. They are not from Conexant.

It just tests your memory, it will tell you if it is bad or not.

And what does it mean do seven passes? When I burned it to disc, I restarted my comp and pressed esc and everything else was automatic. It's says now that there are 857 errors and pass is only at 56%. Will it stop on it's own and restart the comp or will I have to do something.

Don't bother. Your RAM is bad and needs to be replaced.

And we know this because of the errors, yes? And there's no way around it... Just have to get new ram?

I've experienced 3 or 4 BSOD's in the past two weeks. I have attached the required file. I have not seen a pattern in my activity that might be related. I wrote "Memory Management" in the subject line because that was what I saw at the top of the BSOD. I did not notice if that was present...
