    BSOD, Need Help!

I opoligize for my spelling now! I'm having to use the computer in safe mode and cant run ms word.

I have recently installed Win 7 Home Premium 64bit. As for the last three days, I have been geating BSOD's randomly. As fare as I can tell its not tied to any one thing I may be doing on the computer, it will just happen at any time. I have done a Check Disk, Memory Test (both Win and Memtest86) I have done as system repair and restore. I have sifted through the event veiwer and have notice a plarethera of errors. I looking for anyone who can take a look at my dumps and guide me in the right direction. If you need any additional information please let me know. When in safe mode with net-working no BSOD's.

    First clue

there are almost no current drivers. All of the below are really old and can contribute to the instability.

Second clue. 2 gigs ram is the absolute minimum for 64 bit. You probably would be better off with 32 bit.

I am still working on the DMP's

These were all basically the same. The bugcheck is a 07F and the: Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, 3rd party firewall, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

Can I assume you arent overclocking or running a RAID?

Have you run memtestx86 for at least 6 passes?

The fact that in the usual causes memory is mentioned first, and second, and third has to tell you something.

    Thanks Ken for the look.

Overclocking is a no. Though when I was running Vista Ult, I was. However, since installing Win 7 I have reset default settings in the bios.

RAID is a no. Each drive is independent.

Memtestx86 was run 2 times each for a pass of 6, no faults with the A-data sticks. I did have 4 gig ( 2 one gig sticks of A-data and 2 sticks of PNY) Both memtestx86 and windows found faults in the PNY and where removed. As for the drivers, I have made every attempt to update the drivers to all attached devices to the board, the board its self, graphics cards and sound card. As far as I can every thing is up-to-date. Any other sugestions?
