Damn.
You can download a win 7 image but you are going to need a valid key to use it for more than a few days

As far as I know there isnt a place to download a copy of windows legally. My suggestion is either find your install/upgrade disk or call the manufacturer and they should be able to send you another disk. This will work if you still have your key code then you can do a clean wipe and install 32bit.

Your system files are corrupted. The only way to fix them is with a system disk. In this case you need a widows 7 install disk to repair. I know it sucks but thats how windows works sorry man.

IE9 not impressed..slightly disappointed.
more of a random ramble about my hatred for IE9 here. I'm not thoroughly happy with IE9 at all. there are several annoying quirks about it that get on my nerves. none of these were present with IE8. 1. often in forums I have to click on things 2 times to get a response. 2. often pages will...

Fonts Slightly Blurry?
I installed Win7, clean install on my Pavillion notebook with a NVidio GEForce Go 7400 display adapter. Everything looked very good. I installed the Windows update for the driver. Didn't seem to make a difference. On XP I had the DPI setting at 125% as I prefer larger fonts. I didn't like it...
