Can you boot into safe mode? You can restart the computer and hit F8 fast...
Then do this to figure what cause startup to be messed up
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
It basically look at the services that running at the time computer start and see if any of them causing in-normal startup

Ye I got into the safemode but nothing even after all steps, I think on normal startup I get the BSOD for just a second and then it restarts again.

Thanks Ttran but the problem is I cant repair windows through SafeMode and remember I can't go into windows 7 itself I can only go into Safemode because it fails when I try to go in normal mode. By the way what are minidump files? Maybe its my ram or sumthing but one person from where I got the PC from said It would run very slow but still it would run. and if your wondering why didn't the guy install its because they charge too much.
