BSOD ~ BCCode 50 mostly....

helo! my first post!
Im hoping for some help in analysing a problem I have with my custom build PC, and was recommeneded this site by a friend.
Recently I have been getting so many BSOD and have tried lots of things including, removing AntiVirus to updating drivers. So far things have gotten worse with BSOD's happening when Im doing things like watching youtube even!

If anyone here can have a look at the dmp.zip file I have attached then I would be most grateful, or if you could tell me what I should be looking for so I can do it myself?

thanks in advance!

aLm

I am running the 17 dmps now. I will post back shortly, as it will take probably 10 minutes or more.

Adobe Premier was running in an uncomfortable number of them. For that reason, I suggest removing it completely and see what happens.

Please test your RAM. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

What motherboard do you have? Use SIW to find out.

I ask that you delete all the dmps in your minidump folder now, to avoid confusion with new dmps.

Hi Jonathan
ok I have deleted the dump files and am attempting to run the memtest in an hour.
The mobo I have is a Gigabyte MA770T-UD3P.
cheers for helping out.

P.S. i have overclocked the cores on my Phenom X2 CPU from a dual core to a quad core, so its running at 3.7Ghz instead of 3.1ghz. Could it be that its becoming unstable?

Overclocking certainly is a cause of BSODs. In fact, that's what I would suspect is the cause of your 101 and 124 BSODs:

Right.
OK I think Im going to revert the Phenom back to its dual-core state...
I only wanted to run a quad because I had a lot of editing to do on AdobePremiere - but it should run on a dual fine.
Ok 2 down :] only 15 to go!
Ill let you know how the memtest performs.
cheers!

Update!!

Ok so after going into BIOS and reverting the voltages to the CPU, I ran AdobePremiere8 and did a whole bunch of editing....With NO BSODs!!
Its early days yet, but I reckon the Phenom wasnt handling the Overclock as well as I had hoped it would. Strange considering that I did a 16hour stress-test, when I overclocked it a few months ago, with no issues.
Oh well :] it seems to be happy now...
If theres any other problems, ill post a new thread.

Cheers for your time and for the sound advice Jonathan.
Reps coming your way!
