    Unexplained BSOD

I keep getting seemingly random and unexplained blue screens. This happened awhile ago, but it occurs so infrequently that I chose to ignore it. However now it's really becoming a thorn in my side and I would like this issue resolved.

I have the minidump files and it would be nice if someone could read these and tell me why my computer keeps blue screening.

Also I don't know if this will help, but when my computer blue screens it restarts again, and if I do not shut down the computer, it will get in this loop of blue screening, rebooting, and blue screening again. To stop this I boot in safe mode and fully shut down the computer.

I have no idea what's going on, and I would really appreciate any help in resolving this issue. Thanks.

This one was probably caused by WmiPrvSE.exe which is part of the win 7 environment. It is usually found in an enterprise environment so I wonder why home premium has installed it.

I also suspect the many old drivers y our have play a large role in this happening.

These are the ones that need to be updated.

In order to check and repair your system files I would run a system file check
to do that type cmd in search>right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow

    Let us know the results

I did the scan and here are the results:

    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    C:\Windows\system32>
As for the drivers, I googled them. One of them looks like it's for my DVD burner (EDIT: actually it's for Roxio Creator 2009), a lot is for Acronis True Image Home 2009, and one of them was for MSI DualCoreCenter. Other than the DVD burner, all of those are software. I assume I'm supposed to update the software to the latest version then, right?

Okay, so I tried updating Roxio, but it says I have the latest version. Same thing for Acronis. I did update DualCoreCenter, but I had to do that manually because the update utility wasn't showing the latest version online. Is there any other way I can update those drivers?

Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Okay, I just got another blue screen. I'll post the minidump file here.

Now I think it's MSI DualCoreCenter that's the heart of the problem. Even since I updated it, I've been getting random errors related to it. It says "A windows process has stopped working" and when it checks for a solution, it shows that the process in question was for DualCoreCenter.

When I turn on my computer, DualCoreCenter runs at startup. Windows always displays a prompt asking me if I should allow or block it (and I hit allow). Today, when my computer blue screened, I don't think that prompt ever appeared. So DualCoreCenter had a problem or something like that. After the blue screen I booted in safe mode, and I disabled DualCoreCenter from running at startup. If I stop getting blue screens then I guess I've identified the problem.

Again, here is the minidump file for that blue screen. Can anyone please tell me if the blue screen was related to DualCoreCenter?
