I think this might me a heat issue, keep track your computer temperature by using cpu-z or gpu-z
I would leave this for great expert in this forum, who is better in analyzing issue related to hardware. However, I would like to ask you few question, at least can eliminate some potential causes:
    -reverse any overclocking on hardware
    -disable any auto overclock software
-clean the inside of the box with compressed air
-reseat memory, cables and additiional cards such as graphics cards etc.
-checked that all drivers are up to date and installed correctly in device manager (as I still want you to finish)
-check system temps in bios hardware monitor as I mentioned above

    best regard,

    Tuan

ok last time i did the memtest i used the windows 1 . this time i use memtest86 which u told me to and when i booted it , it ran normally for like 5 secs which is like around 40% progress on the first pass and my cpu just went black and restarted it self. this probably means that my ram is screwed right?

It can be ram stick or slots on motherboard too. I suggest to run memtest on individual stick, then choose a good stick to test on different slots

Sorry I posted in the wrong thread.

Run the memtest on all sticks at the same time. That will test for compatibility issues, bad sticks, and a bad motherboard slot all at once.
