These were very similar. They were caused by memory corruption. To test your memory you should download a 3rd party application called memtestx86, burn it to cd, and run it for at least 6 passes.

I ran memtest overnight a while ago with no errors.
You might want to run memtest on individual Ram stick, then choose a good one to test the slots on mother board
Besides Ken's great advise, I would like you to try this:
Virtual Cd program such as Deamon tool or Alcohol 120% are known for causing BSODs. Eventhough they are not listed as the reason for those dump files, I still suggested you to remove it for testing purpose.
After removing it, please use this tool to remove sptd.sys, the component of Deamon tool or Alcohol 120%
(Caution: Choose remove option, not upgrade or install)
