Do you have another video card you can test? If so, see if it fixes the problem.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Back again with some news...

Had memtest run for almost 20 hours... 4 errors were shown on the screen.

I also just had a bsod..

So what should i do ? Replace the DIMM's ?

Time to test each stick individually. Remember, RAM errors can be a bad stick, motherboard slot, or compatibility issues.

If you find a stick that lasts 5 passes without any errors, test it in the other slots.

Hmmm well..the sticks came as a pack... if i do a RMA on them i will get 2 new sticks..
But what if i get the new ones and still have bsod's.... I can sell them and buy a pair of dimms that are tested by MSI that are compatible with the motherboard. But if i still get bsod's with the other dimms it can olny be the motherboard. But i am not sure i can also RMA a new motherboard after i already RMA the dimms.
